Welcome to SAAP Technologies. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By engaging with SAAP Technologies for IT consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided

SAAP Technologies offers IT consulting, software development, infrastructure support, and other technology-related services as agreed upon in the project scope or service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and necessary access for project delivery.
  • Failure to provide required materials may impact project timelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of any shared credentials.

Payment Terms

All fees will be outlined in the service agreement or quotation. Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may attract additional charges or result in suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

All deliverables remain the property of SAAP Technologies until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of custom solutions may be transferred to the client as per the agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related and sensitive information confidential during and after the engagement.

Limitation of Liability

SAAP Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Warranties & Support

We provide services using professional standards and best practices. Specific warranties will be detailed in the project agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Outstanding fees will become immediately due upon termination.

Third-Party Services

We may recommend third-party services but are not responsible for their functionality, availability, or pricing changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
